Support Pathways

  • WORKSHOPS

    A time to learn and take action. From a one-hour lunch and learn to a multi-session series, our workshops are interactive, engaging experiences that combine education, awareness + skill building.

    Workshops can be offered as a single session, themed series or monthly gatherings.

  • MEDITATION SESSIONS

    Discover the power of a pause. Sessions are designed with the busy professional in mind.  These micro-practices empower participants to tune their most important instrument: their mind. Each session integrates mindfulness, meditation + mindset prompts for a core inner workout.

    Offered as: single sessions, themed series, annual subscription.

  • RETREATS

    A place to reflect + reset. Our retreats are designed for creating connection, cultivating community & seeding a culture of thriving. In a world of always busy and no time to rest, these retreats offer an opportunity to block out the noise and tune into how we feel, what we need and how to honor what we need.

    Offered as one-day or multi-day off-site experiences.

  • THE W.E.L.L.: WELL-BEING + EXCEPTIONAL LAWYERING LABS

    An immersive development experience that catalyzes growth from the inside-out.

    The W.E.L.L. is a group coaching container that combines the power of peer support with expert facilitation to create a truly unique and transformational experience for participants.

    Offered to teams, or tailored to desired demographics, this experience transforms the way your people engage with one another – fostering trust, connection and belonging.

    Each W.E.L.L. Pod is: 8-12 weeks, max 16 participants.

  • HONEST CONVERSATIONS

    Monthly, facilitated sessions about topics that shape well-being in the legal profession. These sessions are designed to foster connection, reflection and explore inspired actions that catalyze well-being within ourselves and in our work cultures.

    A chance to honor the wisdom that flows when people connect.

    Honest Conversations can be booked in 6 month packages. Each conversation can accommodate up to 16 participants.

  • C.H.A.T.T.S.

    Cultivating Honesty and Trust Through Storytelling

    A storytelling experience for leaders to share real life insights of working, living and coping in today's world. A strategy to combat stigma by sharing stories that matter.

    CHATTS is an opportunity for leaders to model bravery, authenticity and resilience while promoting psychological safety in the legal community.

    CHATTS can be offered as quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly panels and can be open to all or tailored for teams or cohorts.
